Fight Crime in the World: 27 year old Luke Heath charged with murder of Brian Takahashi in Toronto

1/2/11

27 year old Luke Heath charged with murder of Brian Takahashi in Toronto

It was clear that this was a murder that would be solved quickly. Thank you to all that helped with the case. This never should have happened.
http://www.torontosun.com/news/torontoandgta/2011/01/02/16735406.html

We live in a world that is not bound by our own decisions. The journey that each of us take is determined by our own actions and those of people we do not even know. I am sickened by the fact a young man was murdered, especially in this manner. This would not have been an issue if the group with the camera had never approached Brian and his friends in the first place.
We need to punish this man severely. Luke Heath should be inprisoned for the rest of his life as he was quick to determine the outcome of another man's life.

This reminds me of a story where a few buddies and I were walking down Queen Street @ Portland 4 months ago. We were walking and met two guys from Walkerton, Ontario. We chatted, wished eachother a good night and thought we would bump into eachother later for a drink at a bar down the street.
To my amazement, when we emerged from the bar we went to, we saw someone getting the lights kicked out of them. Literally, there were 6 guys on top of him punching him and kicking him. The beating eventually stopped as the assailants realized they were out of hand. I could not believe the impact this must have on people as out-of-towners. They wanted to see the big city for a night out, yet were greeted with getting their faces kicked in.
The sad part is, these two stories support the common feeling that Toronto is a mean place, which is voiced by those from outside the city limits constantly.

Leave a comment about how you feel? I personally have been attacked on the subway and stabbed by someone who ended up being a dangerous offender in the judicial system for raping and stabbing women. Do you have any stories to share?

solved? .... hardly.

Anonymous said...

Of course it's solved. The guy walked into police and confessed and turned himself in. Just had the anniversary of Brian's death. Not a very pleasant night.

Anonymous said...

When is the suspect going to be tried for this murder? Can anyone supply the case number?

Anonymous said...

The murder may be solved, but justice has yet to be served. Until the guy is actually put in jail, the case is most certainly not closed.

Anonymous said...

He's out. There are clearly two sides to every story. I happen to know that this victim is far less innocent than the media portrays.

Anonymous said...

May

Anonymous said...

There may be two sides to every story, but in the end he came back. And "I happen to know" that Brian shouldn't have been murdered because of this ridiculous and life changing altercation. Before you talk, maybe you should have sat in on the bail hearing to see what really occurred and what was said.

Anonymous said...

There are three sides: Yours, theirs, and the truth.

Anonymous said...

Let's not forget he almost killed the second victim as well. What a darlin' little angel you are defending. It was almost a double murder.

Anonymous said...

I'm not defending him, I'm just replying to the person who said their are only two sides, which isn't true. There are always three sides, with the third ending up somehwere between the two sides of the victim and defendant.

I, personally, wish there was more publicity for this story as I would like to know what the truth is. To me, he sounds guilty.

Anonymous said...

Agreed! That is the problem with courts and policing; we never get to understand what is unfolding unless we are in the courtroom or on the police force!!

If only the officials would realize that we are the force to helping solve crimes.

Anonymous said...

Guilty until proven innocent, according to the article.

Anonymous said...

I heard a second side to a story justifies a murder and an attempted murder. Ignorance is bliss.

Anonymous said...

You have to realize when a person confesses, there is somewhat more of an assumption of guilt. Its not like he hasn't confessed

Anonymous said...

I personally know Luke heath, and this is totally out of his character ,he is not a thug ,he was best employee I ever had , he was skilled, and continuing his education as he was in university for denturism,he hardly fits a profile of a killer , ther is more to this story like self defense let's not forget it was 2 on 1 ,he merely equaled the situation

Anonymous said...

He knifed both guys. He lured them into the alley - not the other way around. He is a murderer x 2. The second victim almost died and just recently had more surgery. Luke lured them into the alley AFTER he returned to the scene with the murder weapon. Do you not care that these families are grieving the loss of their child...the other family almost lost theirs? All you seem to know is that he might have turned out to be a denturist. I drive past the victims grave every day.

Anonymous said...

Has this gone to trial ?

Anonymous said...

No I don't believe so. It was supposed to have but his lawyer asked for extension for a frigging year??? He just wants him to
be allowed to roam the streets for another year if you ask me.

Anonymous said...

is there a case # to follow ?

Anonymous said...

How can anyone presume to know his guilt unless they were there and saw what happened with their own eyes? It's funny how the article says this never would've happened if Luke and his "group" didn't approach Brian with their camera, like filming peoples new years resolutions is such an evil thing to do. There's never any mention of who instigated things in that first meeting and I really fail to see how asking someone what they are going to do to better their life in the year to come is any reason to start a fight. Needless to say I am truly sorry for all the families involved and no doubt nobody deserved to die over this. It's just stupid to say what Luke does or doesn't deserve until all the facts are released.

Anonymous said...

This is an insane justice system we have. Just how long is it going to take until the facts are brought to trial?????

Anonymous said...

Not presuming to know what he deserves....but vivid memories of a blood soaked night, a ninteen year old bleeding out,
...it doesn't get much more horrible...I was there and did see with my own eyes. Kids soaked in their friends blood. Picture it! That was the reality. It needs to go to trial and I don't know how this so called lawyer can sleep at night. This is a murder and attempted murder...why did luke not stop at one! He just kept slashing.

Anonymous said...

This incident was not instigated solely by Luke Heath. Reports at the time of the incident informed of conflicts involving the victim as well. There are two sides to every story and unfortunately there were three involved and you are only hearing one side of this event. Place yourself on the other side. What might your son have done? How would you feel if your own son was facing trial for an act that could have been prevented if ALL PARTIES had acted differently. I don't for one minute think Luke Heath's involvement would have occurred if there was not unpleasant action from other parties. This is from a mother with a son who has not been in trouble but my heart can at least realize the trauma for Luke and family as well as the deceased and injured families. I believe in 'judge not that ye be not judged'.

Anonymous said...

Was not passing judgement. That is up to the courts and God.

Anonymous said...

I'd be really interested in an unbiased account of what happened. Something must have happened during the initial encounter to prompt the suspect to return. What would motivate that? When he did return, what would motivate the two victims to follow him into an alley, or vice-versa? When this escalated from a verbal confrontation to a physical confrontation, who initiated the violence? Was there only the one knife, or were there other weapons involved? There appears to be no information in the media, so the judge must have issued a gag order. Anybody who was there when it happened must be either a witness for the prosecution or for the defense, so they would have been instructed by lawyers not to say anything until after the trial.

I'm really curious to know what actually happened, so I'll look forward to seeing what comes out in the trial, when it eventually does take place. Anybody know when that might be?

Anonymous said...

No idea. I know its been postponed til some time next year. I don't know how to find the case number.

Anonymous said...

The only thing I know is that this was totaly out of His demener, not only him becoming denturist , all I say is ther is more to this store.what i do know is that Luke would stand up for himself if he had to protect himself , Im sorry u Drive by there graves everyday Im sure he didnt deserve as Well , there are 3 victoms here.

Anonymous said...

Why would a guilty person turn himself in? "I just can't wait to sit in jail for the rest of my life, better go turn myself in."

Showing up is hardly a confession, merely co-operation.

An INNOCENT person turns himself in because he knows he has nothing to fear. Because he is innocent, the truth will set him free.

Anonymous said...

Homicide investigators said earlier they believed it wouldn't take very long to identify the suspect because security camera images from the area of Queen Street West, where 20-year-old Brian Takahashi was stabbed to death on Saturday morning, clearly show the attacker.

Are you delusional or what? That was from the news at the time.

Anonymous said...

How is there justification?? He left and then came back with a knife.

Anonymous said...

I know Luke Heath's mother. She is a narcissistic, religious lunatic. Most of her kids are warped. Luke's involvement doesn't surprise me.

Anonymous said...

When you say it doesn't surprise you, is that because he is a violent person at heart? It seems there are supporters of him, yet I cannot see that support when the fact remains he killed someone.

Anonymous said...

Well it's anniversary time. This is a night our community now hates. Hundreds of Brian's friends cannot celebrate New Year's ever since that horrific night. We loved you so much Beezer. You are greatly missed and always will be. I just hope Luke Heath goes to trial soon for this murder and violent crime on the second victim as well. Godspeed.

Anonymous said...

Is there any word on when this will go to trial? Its long over due.

Anonymous said...

Pre trial is today!!!!!!!!! Finally the wheels of justice starting to turn.

Anonymous said...

If your grammar wasn't so atrocious maybe someone might take what you have to say more seriously.
STOP VICTIMIZING A MURDER. At what point did he NEED to stand up for himself? What, when he was sitting at home deciding which of his knives he should bring back with him? People get heated, people get into arguments, that's life. Imagine every single argument on the street in front of a bar resulted in someone going home to get his weapons to come back and murder kids? HE WAS NOT IN DANGER. HE LEFT. IT WAS OVER. This is not a difficult concept to comprehend.

Anonymous said...

No, a guilty person who KNOWS they will be caught, due to the extremely large volume of witnesses, and is hoping his co-operation will result in less jail time turns themselves in.

Anonymous said...

Exactly! It makes no sense. He was embarrassed for being 'pinked' off or whatever the term would be, so he went to grab weapons to teach them a lesson. We all makes mistakes, it is just too bad that he made the gravest mistake of his life.

Anonymous said...

I find most of these comments very disheartening. Clearly the author has a personal connection to one or both of the victims, and I am truly sorry for your loss. However, you have allowed your anger to blur the issues.

It seems there are parts to this story we are all missing. The courts do not grant bail to a person accused of crimes like this if the prosecution has a strong case or if the individual may pose a threat to the public. If Mr. Heath was indeed granted bail, the judge must have been confident that he is not a threat, and, there are probably some substantial problems with the prosecution's case. Simply put, if it was as open and shut as you seem to believe, this man would not be out on bail.

I very much agree with the point that there are more than two sides to every story, and the truth lies somewhere in between. We simply do not have enough information to decide what that truth is at this point.

You should really choose your words more carefully. The comments you make about Mr. Heath’s lawyer make you sound uneducated and completely ignorant of Canada’s legal system. One of the things I am most proud of as a Canadian are the protections we offer to those who face criminal charges. It is one of the cornerstones of our system that separates us from less civilized nations. Lawyers have a job to do. It can be one of the most difficult jobs and ignorant public scrutiny like yours is one of the reasons for those difficulties. I truly hope you never experience the struggles accused persons face, but if you do, I hope you have a good lawyer on your side to guide you through the process and balance the playing field between you and the state.

As a Canadian I am proud to live in a country that presumes all people to be innocent until proven guilty. By condemning this individual without knowing the whole story you are essentially spitting in the face of the very thing that provides you with the freedom to speak your mind; The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. While posting “articles” like this may provide an outlet for your anger and pain, you are essentially undermining the very basis for the rights that allow this type of forum to exist and for you to openly express your opinions on it; interesting contradiction.

Just my thoughts and again, I am truly very sorry for your loss and for the horrible memories you will most certainly carry with you for the rest of your life. However, perhaps you should consider turning your experience into something positive. Giving talks to high school students about the horrific consequences that can occur when male egos and alcohol mix is one idea and may provide you with some comfort knowing you are helping, and not hurting. It would most certainly be a more constructive use of your time. There is nothing you can do to change the past, but you may be able to prevent a similar tragedy from occurring in the future.

Be the bigger person and stop wasting your time and energy spewing blind hatred on the internet.

Anonymous said...

We are waiting for the moment that there is justice in this case. We follow this blog as it is an outlet for us to speak. You are clearly on hia defense team or a family memeber, but the fact remains that this piece of shit killed someone that night. In Canada you defend yourself with necessary force. You so not go home and get a knife to kill someone. It is funny how you did not wven mention that in our comments. You simply skirt around the issue, making us to believe that he may have acted appropriately, evem if he did do it. He fucking killed him!! He needs to suffer for that. You should be ashamed of yourself for writing your comment as you did.

Anonymous said...

At least his reply was well written.

Anonymous said...

Finally somebody with some insightful input to this one-sided article/thread.

Anonymous said...

Brian would have been 23 years old today. Happy Birthday Beezer !!

Anonymous said...

I know both of the people and to be honest it's not surprising that they were both in that situation.

Anonymous said...

A guy who got in is as much trouble as Brian did BEFORE this incident can hardly be seen in any way as innocent. Portraying Brian and his group of friends as anything other than racist trouble makers is foolish. There are many in "your community" who do not feel the way you do, who know the truth.

Anonymous said...

I can't believe you'd even say something so ignorant. Don't run your mouth about someone you don't know. Brian was one of the funniest, most amazing, loving, and caring human beings I had ever met. He is sooo missed and loved by our community every single day. He might have been in the wrong place at the wrong time a few times but we've all been there and for the most part Brian was literally at home, at work, or at the skatepark. Racist? He listened to hip hop and wore the biggest baggiest clothes he could find. And what young adult doesn't get into trouble once in a while? You're ridiculous for even saying something so stupid.

Anonymous said...

a) it's an anonymous comment, how do you know whether or not the person that wrote it knows him or not. b) not everybody just "gets into trouble" once in a while. what a lame excuse for creating confrontation... some people walk around creating it and polluting every person that happens to pass by them.

Anonymous said...

thank you for agreeing. I'm glad someone didn't say that shit to my face, I woulda smashed em!

Anonymous said...

It's extremely sad that your response is not only crude, but violent. It seems as though your friend may have had a similar approach to life, which was perhaps a contributing factor to his tragic death. As the author said above, you have the chance to learn and grow from this experience and perhaps even prevent something like this from happening again. Instead you continue to spread violence and anger. If you continue through life with that attitude, not only will your pain never dissipate but you too may find yourself facing a similar fate. Violence begets violence.

Try putting a little more thought into your responses as opposed to just reacting and spewing out such garbage.

Anonymous said...

To everyone defending Luke and his innocence... This point has been made many times and I'll make it again: HE LEFT TO GO GET A KNIFE. Brian was unarmed as was his friend. If Luke wanted he could have started a fight with his own two hands.
Second, does no one find it strange that Luke was filming new years resolutions one minute and flailing a knife around the next? Not to mention lifting his shirt and letting the world know they "didn't know what they were dealing with"? Sounds like a stand-up, innocent guy who just walked into the wrong situation. Not. You can all keep defending the murderer but he will get what's coming to him.

Anonymous said...

Male egos and alcohol? How about a talk on why going home to get a knife to stab two people to death and near death is a bad idea.

Anonymous said...

Don't worry so much about grammer , you know what I'm saying , and who says he went home for weapons , he livd edn oshawa , maybe he had on him the whole time but didn't need to use it until he was attacked , hmm food for thought , remember the murder victom was a thug ....

Anonymous said...

Lets see where the cards fall , where they land they land .Its all up to the justice now .
put an end to this once and for all then both sides should let it go and move on , lest we not forget.

Anonymous said...

I notice that some comments that had some very valid point have now been deleted......

As I said earlier; I know both people involved and it still does not surprise me that Luke would commit such a crime and that Brian was involved

Anonymous said...

As a close friend of the REAL victim and his family, you know, the "thug", I can ASSURE you, he did leave, and returned with his knife. He was NEVER in any danger. You should watch that filthy mouth of yours before you go calling an honest loving boy you know NOTHING about a thug. But then again, you're a friend of the murderer here, what can be said of you and your character? If you sleep with dogs you get fleas. You disgust me.

Anonymous said...

I dare you to say that to any of our faces. Go ahead and talk shit behind a computer screen about a boy who was murdered at 20 after some petty disagreement in front of a bar, you're a real winner. Keep crying because Brian was more loved than you will EVER be.

Anonymous said...

I would like to hear what our "articulate" commenter above would think if it were his son or daughter? Or brother. Hmmm let's hear it?

Anonymous said...

To all of Brian's friends, the above is so obviously Luke Heaths's lawyer. He is data mining here and don't feed the troll. Its quite clear its a lawyer, because who else would defend the legal profession. He is pretending to be a pseudo intellectual...hmm grasping at straws, throwing racism into the mix in a white on white crime. He is desperate for anything to fight this case. Don't feed it to him. You should be real proud of yourself buddy...preying on kids who have lost their friend. He is desperately trying to enrage you kids. Don't let him. Let him call Brian names, for he knew him not. We all know he was a great kid and nothing but love in his heart.

Anonymous said...

Yes, finally someone said it!!

Anonymous said...

So What is happening with this?

Anonymous said...

Quote - As I said earlier; I know both people involved and it still does not surprise me that Luke would commit such a crime and that Brian was involved

If someone knows, or is, a connection between Takahashi and Heath, they should have the guts to speak to the police.

Anonymous said...

You know both involved? Did they know each other then? If you somehow know them both I hope you've had the guts to speak to the police yourself

Anonymous said...

Has this gone to trial yet?

Anonymous said...

No trial yet. Haven't even finished preliminary yet. But not to worry Mr. Heath will be enjoying the nice summer weather.

Anonymous said...

Judge was going to decide to drop charges or go to trial in September, anyone know the date? Or if it's passed and what the verdict was?

Anonymous said...

Case Number is 4811998111000010600 and he will be in Court tomorrow at 10am for the judge to give his ruling at Old City Hall in Toronto room 112. Either he is cleared or it goes to trial for another 3 years. Guess we will wait and see...

Anonymous said...

Well its going to trial!

Anonymous said...

do we know the next court date?

Anonymous said...

this was a nice birthday present for mr. heath, he deserves it.

Anonymous said...

There were decisions made that night that could have been thwarted with reasoning. What this man did was unreasonable and completely overbearing. I truly hope he sees the dark of jail for a long time. We are talking about someone being murdered for nothing. Please punish this man.

Anonymous said...

Luke has serious anger management problems so the sooner this goes to trial and the sooner he goes to jail is that much sooner for having to worry about what his anger will do next. He harms himself with knives and scalpels and has been doing it for years, clearly an unstable person.

Anonymous said...

If he had deep seated issues with self harm and fascination with knives, why did his family not get psychiatric care for him before he committed and murder and an attempted murder.

Anonymous said...

well they sure as heck won't get him help now because it would look bad during trial

Anonymous said...

How do you know this?

Anonymous said...

Anyone who has ever known Luke has known this about him. His whole body is covered in scars from head to toe, so it would be kind of hard to hide.

Anonymous said...

the guy was 27 you can hardly blame his parents for not getting him help. you dont know maybe he did get help for it when he was a kid or whatever. either way you cant blame anyone for a murder except the murderer. glad its going to trial. anyone know how long trial is going to last and a next court appearance date?

Anonymous said...

how do you know this has gone to trial?

Anonymous said...

this is not something kept secret even if there is no news coverage on it. the judge has decided there is enough evidence to go to trial, I heard this from a member of the family. probably will be another few years until it's completely over since they have to bring all the witnesses back and have them testify AGAIN. strong case against Luke, justice will be served!!!

Anonymous said...

best decision judge made. this guy has no remorse. things he says about thatnight

Anonymous said...

I heard this will go to 2016. Don't know court date though.

Anonymous said...

He has no remorse? How do you know that? You think he is proud of what he did and doesn't feel the least bit guilty? I was really close to Luke in 2009/10 when he was in Edmonton working. He was very protective of his friends and is a super loving guy. He made a mistake that sadly cost the life of a young man. He is still a human. In fact hr had called me wishing me a happy new years that night, when I heard what happened a few days later and that he was in jail it surprised me. He was doing well in school, he was working hard, he had been doing so good for himself. I guarantee there is more sides to this story. I am truly sorry for the victims, that shouldn't happen to anyone. But I know it was out of character for Luke

Anonymous said...

speaking as someone who knows luke NOW that person is correct in saying there is no remorse from him, have u heard what he says about it? last time u spoke to him was 3yrs ago so probably not

Anonymous said...

What does he say about it? Give an example of his lack of remorse.

Anonymous said...

luke is a very loving person and it was totally out of his character and the victim was far from innocent

Anonymous said...

funny thing is the victim's friend didn't want to co operate with the police.... say.. if they really wanted luke to spend the rest of his life behind bars... wouldn't it be easier if they just come clean and tell the whole story about what really happened that night instead of keeping it on the hush.. it just sounds fishy to me... Brian must have said things really upsetting that triggered the incident..

Anonymous said...

More like the victims friend COULDN'T co-operate. Luke almost killed him too. Murder and attempted murder. The victims friend spent months fighting for his life and is lucky to be alive, thanks to this perp.

Anonymous said...

Luke has plead guilty to manslaughter and aggravated assault.

More details from the night are finally public. Included Luke coming back and brandishing a BB gun to challenge 20 thugs ... 10 of which beat him with bottles and sticks before the stabbings.

They all sound like winners. Good luck Luke.

Anonymous said...

there was way more than just ONE friend to co operate

Anonymous said...

lol. pretty sure those thugs started the altercation in the first place AFTER getting kicked out of tattoo rock parlors. their new year's resolution, verbatim "to get into as many fights as possible." texts between them that night, "i will respect you so much if you kill someone tonight."
and an eye witness said luke was running when brian's group hit him with a bottle. luke suffered injuries prior to pulling out the knife. poor brandon will never play hockey again. wahhhhhhh. well luke will have a criminal record for defending himself, and his schooling will have been for nothing. i hope those thugs never forget their friend's blood is on their hands.

Anonymous said...

The judge's words on May 4th, "If this had gone to trial, Luke would have likely been acquitted." Even the judge agrees Luke isn't a murderer.

Anonymous said...

Regardless of the new information that is now open to the public, regarding the criminal records of at least 6 of the Takahashi clan and their intent to kill that night, death of a child is horrific for any family to deal with. However, we no longer see them as "country boy victims out to have a good time" and have learned that they were kicked out of the nightclub for harassing other strangers.
The only KEY WITNESS said that they SAW Luke "running for his life". They beat him, and then he defended himself. Why ARE THEY NOT BEING CHARGED

Anonymous said...

well, we can only hope that god will serve true justice to those skinheads.

Anonymous said...

These points were all brought up in court.

Anonymous said...

These are all facts brought forth during pre-trial. Texts, photos found on their phone indicate that these guys were completely culpable.

Anonymous said...

Luke got sentenced to 5 years in prison. The judge subtracted eight months off the sentence as credit for time already served.

Judge deemed Luke used excessive force in his self defense.

Anonymous said...

He Will Only Serve 4 Years And 4 Months... and He Could Potentially Be Out In a Year Or So on Parole... Good News...

Anonymous said...

The only good news is if he becomes someones bitch and comes out hard core to earn the HAF tattoo.

Hello, this is the articulate "lawyer" again, although I can assure you I am not a lawyer and my ability to clearly express myself in writing and my defense of Canada's legal system is not due to a legal education. Any Canadian, regardless of their profession, should feel proud of this country and of its legal system. It's not perfect, but it is more just than not. I mentioned nothing of racism in my earlier post, and had nothing to gain from posting it. As for "preying on kids who have lost their friend", I am lost to see how this conclusion was jumped to based on my post, but the author is indeed entitled to their opinion.

I am a schoolteacher, and a woman (despite other assumptions being made), with an indirect connection to one of the parties involved in this case. However, my profession, gender and affiliations are, and should be, irrelevant in this discussion.

It struck very close to home when the first writer I quoted asked me what I would think if it were my son or daughter, or brother. I did not respond at the time because I wanted to avoid any further anger or upset, which my first post clearly aroused. And in truth, I was fearful to post any further responses on this forum, because of the negative feedback I would surely receive. However, my personal experiences with the legal system, and my defence of it, do actually come as the parent of a victim of a brutal crime. They come from a heart that has had to forgive the unforgivable. They come from a place of unbearable pain and loss. My daughter was killed by her husband, seven years ago, and I have since forgiven my son-in-law and still visit him frequently in his place of incarceration.

The circumstances behind my daughter's death and the reasons that led me to forgive the man responsible are plentiful and complex. But they all come from the same place; a place that realizes, undoubtedly, that hate, anger and retribution are never the answer. Never.

We live in a world where people all to often speak out of ignorance and hate, not realizing how much impact their words can carry.

Unfortunately, pain breeds anger, and anger in turn often gives way to hate. Hate festers and spreads and destroys everything beautiful in this world.

For whatever reason, I felt the urge today to look at this forum again and see what direction it had taken. I am again disheartened to discover that so much hatred continues to flare and time has not healed many of the wounds left by this tragedy.

In the end, lives were forever changed. And nothing can make things return to what they were before that fateful night.

I will continue to share my thoughts on forums such as this in hopes that even one person will give heed to what I'm saying and perhaps change the course of their life in the process.

No more pain needs to be caused, no more hate needs to be spread. It is over, and life must go on.

Love one another, without judgment or conditions, and I guarantee you the world will be a more beautiful place for you tomorrow.

Anonymous said...

Your description of the event is incorrect. We live in a world where people create their own truth even-though they are false. These men, not boys, from Walkerton, were looking for trouble as much as they were out for a good time. As a result they precipitated events that caused the death of their friend and injury to their other friend. They should take responsibility for their actions. They were not victims. They were perpetrators. I feel sorry that they will have to live with the consequence of their actions and feel the guilt for the loss of their friend's life.

Anonymous said...

In a perfect world, they most certainly would take responsibility. But based on what we've all read above, do you think that is at all possible? Anyone who points a finger has three more pointed back at them. In the end, the world finds balance where it needs to. If these young "men" don't face reality, it will be thrown back at them regardless. Ignorance is their bliss, but they can only live in that falsehood for so long.

Liar. He is a thug. And loves to date teenage girls and abuse them. He also cuts himself in rage fears and has issues with drugs, theft, and other petty crime.
